The Elizabethtown - White Lake Area Chamber of Commerce is busy planning its active Christmas schedule full of exciting happenings and promotions with the hope to bring more people to our area. This means plenty of ways for member businesses be involved and get some exposure.

Some of those opportunities are: 

1.) Become a sponsor of the whole effort. Download the Christmas Sponsorship Letter here.

2.) Display information or be a vendor at the Shop Local Day of Christmas at the Farmers Market on Saturday, November 25.  The vendor fee is waived for all members for that day. If you are interested in participating in the other themed Saturdays, please contact Terri at tdennison@elizabethtownnc.org.

3.) Promote your business and community spirit with a float in the Christmas Parade. All decorated floats are eligible for the Best of Show Trophy and bragging rights. This year's theme is "Hometown Holidays." Click here for a copy of the Parade Entry Form.

4.) White Lake Businesses can register for the Lighting of the Lake Dock Decorating Contest. Lights need to be up by Saturday, December 2 at 6pm.

5.) Challenge your employees to participate in the Christmas Tree Decorating Contest, during Christmas at the Farmers Market.  The cost of reserving a tree is $20 - all proceeds go to the Empty Stocking fund. Decorate to match the them while promoting your business. Trees need to be decorated by Saturday, November 25. Winner announced December 16.

6.) If you are retailer, make sure to sign up for the Elf Scavenger Hunt - a great way to get families into your businesses. Contact Heather at etownandwhitelakecoc@gmail.com.
