Description

WARM NC is hosting a skills day on Saturday, April 29th from 9am-noon at Bladen Community College. Our construction staff will guide you through a couple of common repairs to build your skillset. You'll learn how to cut and install 2 types of flooring, how to build a landing, and how to safely use power tools. Tools and safety gear will be provided, you just need to bring your enthusiasm! At the end of this event you will be well prepared to volunteer with WARM NC and help make urgent, safety-related repairs for low-income homeowners in your community. 

The cost for the event is $10.00, ages 18 & Up.
