Only children 12 and under shall be allowed to solicit gifts ('Treats') from residents and/or businesses of this community. Children 9 and under must be accompanied by an adult. 'Trick or Treating' activities will begin at 5:00 PM and end at 9:00 PM on Monday, October 31 for the children and youth in the Town of White Lake.
