Instructions

Select a Membership or Membership/Partner Package. Membership/Partner packages allow your business to take advantage of a variety of opportunities and sponsorship levels. Billing for the packages can be set up on an annual or quarterly basis.  Also, please consider our sponsorship options and select a level at the end of the form. 

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES 

The Chamber hosts several events a year as a fundraiser and to provide activity for our communities. Sponsorship can be purchased separately or as part of a larger membership package. The Chamber sponsors four events in 2023: 

  • White Lake Water Festival: 3rd full weekend in May (May 19 & 20, 2023) 
  • Sunset Jams: 2 concerts in Elizabethtown & 1 concert in White Lake
  • Fourth of July Fireworks at White Lake: Tuesday, July 4, 2023
  • Bladen County Christmas - 30 Days of Celebration: County-wide Holiday events starting the weekend after Thanksgiving and going through Christmas.

The following sponsorship levels are available for each event: 

Level 1

$100

For a supporting individual who wants to support the Chamber’s efforts.
(Receipt for donation can be provided for tax purposes.)

Level 2

$400

Business name on large sponsor board and mentioned at each event.
Vendor space at event.

Level 3

$600

Business name on brochure.
Business name on large sponsor board and mentioned at each event.
White Lake Water Festival and/or Sunset Jam only: name on t-shirt
Vendor Space at event.

Level 4

$1275

Business name or logo on billboards, brochure and printed ads.
Business promoted as a sponsor through Chamber social media channels and website.
White Lake Water Festival and/or Sunset Jam only: name on t-shirt
Business name on large sponsor board and mentioned at each event.
Vendor Space at event.

Level 5

$2650

Top billing at event
White Lake Water Festival and/or Sunset Jam:stage is named after business.
White Lake Water Festival and/or Sunset Jam only: name on t-shirt
Business name or logo on billboards, brochure and printed ads.
Business promoted as a sponsor through Chamber social media channels and website.

For an individual who wants to support the Chamber’s efforts

Non-profit associations, government entities, and elected officials. Receives same benefits of a Basic Membership.

Business that has only been in operations for 2 years or less or has not been a Chamber member in 5years. Receives same benefits of a Basic Membership. 

Benefits of chamber membership include:

•A free listing of your business(es) in the Membership Directory of our website: www.elizabethtownwhitelake.com  You will have access to the listing and can update it whenever you have news or specials. Listing includes at lest one photo.

•Weekly updates sent via e-mail containing pertinent information about programs, events and information to help your business.

•Opportunities for exposure through cooperative ads in local, state and national publications.

•A free listing of your business in the Activities Guide, which is available at our office and local locations, distributed to North Carolina Welcome Centers, used as a recruiting tool, and placed in relocation packets. Additional display ad space can be purchased.

•Referral of your business to inquiring call and emails.

•Display of your brochures at the Chamber office in the Small Business Incubator on E. Broad St, Elizabethtown and events where the Chamber is exhibiting.

•Participation in promotion and activities that support and showcase our local businesses.

•Membership in a prestigious community minded organization, dedicated to serving the needs of your business and supporting efforts to shop local.
